Robert Urich

You are the sanctuary. The practice is not about adding something to you. It is about remembering what is already there. The breath is yours. The body is yours. The experience is yours.

Your body carries your history. Breath patterns, tension patterns, postural patterns, emotional patterns — they are the manuscript of your lived experience. The practice reads The Story without judgment and creates space for new chapters.

This practice stands on lineage, on science, and on principled thinking. It is not improvised. It is rooted. You are the tree. The philosophy is the soil.

You do not do this alone. The facilitator, the sound, the other breathers in The Room, and your own internal team (body, mind, spirit) — all working together. Community is not incidental to the practice. It is integral.
