A simplified version of the session arc that someone can use for solo practice at home
1. ARRIVE (2 min) — Lie down. Close eyes. Notice your natural breath.
2. HARMONIZE (3 min) — Begin gentle circular breathing. Find your rhythm.
3. BALANCE (5 min) — Deepen the breath. Follow the most prominent sensation.
4. GROUND (3 min) — Slow the breath. Feel gravity. Feel the surface beneath you.
5. HEAL (5 min) — Return to circular breathing. Bring breath to wherever
your body is asking for attention.
6. ORIENT (2 min) — Slow to natural breath. Open eyes slowly. Notice the room.
Notice yourself in the room.
7. INTEGRATE (5+ min) — Rest. Journal if moved to. Drink water. Be still.
This is a framework, not a prescription. Adjust the timing to fit your energy and availability. A 10-minute practice using this arc is more valuable than a 60-minute practice you never do.
